Products normally ship within 5 business days. Most ship sooner, but some may take longer depending on the type of product and the manufacturer. The choice of shipping carrier is determined by manufacturer preference.
We only ship to the contiguous U.S(excludes Alaska and Hawaii.) Any free shipping offer only applies to the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping may be requested but is not available on some items. Free shipping offers do not apply to expedited shipping. All expedited shipping expenses will be paid for by customer.
We strive to keep our products current, but occasionally, items become temporarily unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is unavailable and give you an estimated wait time for the product to ship. You reserve the right to cancel the order on the unavailable item. Upon your request, we will cancel your order within 3 business days and you pay nothing.
Return Policy
ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION (NO HOLES, WEAR, TEARS, ALTERATIONS, FUR, ETC.) WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TAGS ATTACHED, AND ALL PAPERWORK RECEIVED WITH ORDER.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY COULD CAUSE YOUR RETURN TO BE DENIED, SO PLEASE FOLLOW IT CAREFULLY. IF DENIED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF US SHIPPING ITEM BACK TO YOU.
We offer a seven-day money back guarantee on cost of product(s). If you are dissatisfied in any way, we will refund you 100% of the cost of the product(s) you purchased, provided you fully comply with our return policy and procedure for how to return an item (*read below.)
You are responsible for any associated shipping expenses. Even if a product initially shipped free, if you decide to return that item, you are responsible for shipping that item back to us. Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of $5.00.
ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR ITEM(S)CAREFULLY UPON DELIVERY. If you receive your product and there has been damage caused by the shipping carrier, we cannot refund your money unless you purchased shipping insurance for that item. UPS and FedEx automatically include shipping insurance up to $100. The United State Postal Service does not. Based on that, it is our suggestion that, when appropriate, you purchase shipping insurance for a nominal fee. (*Please follow instuctions on how to return an item below.)
Defective/Manufactuer Flaw:If a product is defective in workmanship, operation, or there is some other manufacturer flaw, notify us within 36 hours. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Return defective item to us (*follow instructions on how to return an item below) with all carrier documentation. When an item is defective, we are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning the defective item, but it is your responsibility to inform us of our mistake in a timely fashion (within 36 hours.) Failure to inform us soon enough may cause delay or denial of return or exchange.
We are bound by various manufacturer policies, so please understand that the sooner you inform us of an issue, the faster and better we are able to help resolve it to your satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied, and we always strive to resolve matters if possible.
EXCHANGES: PLEASE CAREFULLY SELECT BED SIZES!
If you need to exchange for another size, contact us immediately and get a Return Authorization Number. (*Follow our instructions for how to return a product below.) Clearly state the size you would like on the paperwork inside shipping box as well as on return shipping label on outside of box (NOT the original product packaging!)
Upon receipt of incorrectly sized product and verification of its compliance with our return policy, we will re-ship the correct size of the product. You will be responsible for all shipping expenses associated with exchange, unless we are at fault for shipping you the incorrect size.
Anytime we send you the incorrect order or size, we are responsible for all associated shipping expenses, but it is your responsibility to inform us of our mistake in a timely fashion (within 36 hours.) How to Return an Item
We must receive all returns within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Follow these steps carefully to return an item to us:
1. Always contact us FIRST when returning an item. Some manufacturers prefer not to be directly contacted, so it is our policy that you contact us with any issue. Email us with your issue at support@sleeping-cats-lie-beds.com and we will e-mail you with a Return Authorization Number. In this e-mail, we will also specify the correct return address for that item.
*Note: Always contact us first before returning an item. Some manufacturers prefer not to be contacted directly, so we will gladly handle any issue you may have. Contacting the manufacturer first could result in the delay or denial of a refund or exchange.
2. Once you have the Return Authorization Number, carefully repackage and secure item you are returning. (Once again, item must be in new condition with all original tags, product packaging, paperwork, shipping documentation.)
3. Write the Return Authorization Number on the return shipping label on the outside of shipping box. NEVER WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING!
4. Ship back to address we specify in the email that contains your Return Authorization Number.
5. Once we receive your returned item and verify that you have complied with our return policy (item is returned in new condition within specified time) we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item minus shipping charges. If our mistake caused the return, you are NOT responsible for shipping charges.
